JAVAのランタイムエラーが出たら
AndroidStudio\jre フォルダをコピー
↓
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\tools\lib\monitor-x86_64 フォルダ内にに貼り付ける。
AndroidスタジオがインストールされてるフォルダのJREフォルダをコピーして、
monitor.exe のある AndroidSDKのパスへペーストすると
DDMSが起動するみたい
