nginxの設定 fastcgi_cahceをパージしたいので、purgeモジュール付きビルド

【毎回調べるのが面倒なので残しておく】
必ず、purgeモジュールは組み込みたい、、、

nginx

nginxのstable最新版を利用する
version 1.9.11からは、動的モジュールが組み込まれたの、、、がまだモジュールが少しなので、今回は特に考慮なし

version 1.9.11 は、--with-http_v2_module の必要がある。（少し前からspdyじゃダメって）
