外部参照文字列が記述されたセル番地の値を動的にすれば、動的外部参照ができる
ここでは外部参照は外部ブックを想定しているが、別シートなども可能
なお、外部ブックを参照する場合は、その外部ブックが開いていないと参照できない。
完全に自動化するためにはVBAを使用して、特定の条件で対象外部ブックが開くようにする必要がある。
