URI(URL)でユーザ名とパスワードを指定してログインしながらアクセス

問題

画像のように，ログインが必要なサイトにアクセスしたいが，プログラム中などの理由でGUIは使えない．

解決方法

URI(URL)に，ユーザ名とパスワードを仕込むことができます．
今回は，
http://192.168.10.1に
ユーザ名：user
パスワード:pass
でアクセスしたいとします．

その場合，
http://user:pass@192.168.10.1と入力することで，アクセスができます．

僕の場合は，Axisのカメラにpythonからアクセスする際に使用しました．
