chromeのリモートデスクトップ接続をしたときにリモート先でShiftが入力できない

Chromeのリモートデスクトップ接続をしたときにリモート先で右Shiftが入力できないという事象が発生しました。
自分のPCのメモ帳などではShiftを押せていたのでChromeのリモートデスクトップ接続のみです。

暫定的ですが解決したので共有します。

事象

Chromeのリモートデスクトップ接続を使用
文字入力時にShiftが機能していない

解決方法

スクリーンキーボードを使用してShiftを押す
左Shiftを使用する

その他確認したが解決には関係なかった設定

リモート元・リモート先ともにキーボードが日本語だった
「Chromeの物理キーボード設定をON」は見つからなかった
