新規作成からプロジェクトを選択
テンプレートのWindowsを選択するとユニバースがあるので
UPFツールのインストールを開始する
更新、インストールと進み
欲しいツールにチェックを入れてセットアップ完了。
容量が重たいので
余裕のない人はデフォルト設定で行う
