php -S localhost:8080 sample.php
などと記述してしまうと、フォルダ全体のファイルは普通には参照されなくなっちゃうのね〜。
php -S localhost:8080
こうやったら、localhost:8080/sample.php なんてアクセスすればフォルダ全体のファイルを普通に参照できるみたい。
