Chrome91から全員#tab-hover-card-imagesをDisabledにしていると思いますが、Chrome94にアップデートしたら勝手にEnabled small full width show delayに書き換えられました。
クソが。
この調子だと、そのうちセキュリティ設定も勝手に緩めてきそうですね。
