セオリーとしては、JavaScriptでアニメーション実装する場合はrequestAnimationFrameにコールバックを渡してやるわけですが、
setTimeoutでアニメーションしたほうが旧端末での安定感があると感じることが多々あります。
誰か検証してくれませんかね。
