1.ユーザーからrevokeで権限を剥奪

revoke

REVOKE ALL PRIVILEGES, GRANT OPTION FROM user_name

2.drop userでユーザーを削除

drop

drop user user_name;

下記ではうまくいかないことがある。

delete

DELETE FROM mysql.user WHERE user='user_name';
