ntpdで「restrict ::: KOD does nothing without LIMITED.」という警告メッセージが出力された際の対応

Debian 9にてntpd 1:4.2.8を使用した際に、ntpd起動時に下記の警告メッセージが発生したので、その場合の対処の一例を記載。

ntpd[521]:  restrict 0.0.0.0: KOD does nothing without LIMITED.
ntpd[521]:  restrict ::: KOD does nothing without LIMITED.

confを下記のように変更したところ、警告メッセージが発生しなくなった。

view /etc/ntp.conf

restrict -4 default kod notrap nomodify nopeer noquery
restrict -6 default kod notrap nomodify nopeer noquery

↓ 上記の箇所を下記のように変更。

restrict -4 default kod notrap nomodify nopeer noquery limited
restrict -6 default kod notrap nomodify nopeer noquery limited
