自分の回答

マルウェアに感染しているが、C&Cサーバと通信ができていない状態

自分の回答に至った流れ

・マルウェアは感染するとC&Cサーバ宛に通信を開始する
・そのため、C&Cサーバと通信ができていない状態であればFWログに記録されない

解答例

感染したが、C＆Cサーバと通信する前にネットワークから切り離された状態

感想

・通信できない状態といった幅が広い回答はダメだろうな。。
・情シ部員が実施する手順にLANから切り離すとあるし、そこまで書かないといけない。
