PowerShellスクリプトの頭の辺りに以下を書いておき、後は標準出力すればログファイルに出力されていく
Start-Transcript ("logs\" + ([DateTime]::UtcNow).AddHours(9).ToString("yyyyMMdd-HHmmss") + ".log")
logsフォルダの事前作成不要 (なければ作られる)
UTC時刻に9時間足して日本時間にしている
