Windowsでgit commit時にCan't find a default Python.とのエラーが表示された
コマンドプロンプトでpy --versionすると同じメッセージ
コントロールパネルからpythonとかpython launcherとかを一旦アンインストールしてから
https://pythonlinks.python.jp/ja/index.html のインストーラで再インストールしたら治った
