【エラー】'Flutter/Flutter.h' file not found 対処法

前書き

Flutterアプリで使っていたプラグイン（image_picker）などから突然

'Flutter/Flutter.h' file not found`

というエラーが発生しました。
その解決策についてです。
こちらのissueに大変助けられました。本当にありがとうございます。

対処法

  1. ios/Podfile.lock を削除
  2. ios/Podfile の中身をこちらに書き換える
    • プロジェクトに合わせてobjCかSwiftか選ぶ

環境

  • Xcode Version 9.2 (9C40b)
  • macOS HighSierra Version 10.13.4
