Windows10でPythonが動かない

不具合現象

Pythonのプログラムを起動しようとして
コマンドプロンプトで

$ python xxx.py

と入力すると

Python

とだけ出力して、何もウインドウや結果が出ない。

原因

Windows組み込みのPythonが呼ばれている

C:\Users{User}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\python.exe

自分がインストールしたpython.exeが呼ばれるように　PATH環境変数を設定する
私の場合は
C:\Users{User}\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python39\python.exe
