GithubのRepositoriをDeleteすると、
「60 contributions in the last year」のactive graphの緑マスが消えます。
「Total Commits」回数が消えます。

詳細に言うと、
DeleteしたRepositoriのアクティブ時だったcontributions(緑マス)が消えます。
DeleteしたRepositoriのCommit回数が消えます。
