RailsのTimeWithZoneクラスのto_s(:db)はUTCを返す

概要

タイトルまんまですが、RailsのTimeWithZoneクラスのto_sメソッド（to_formatted_sメソッドのエイリアス）でフォーマットを指定する際、:dbだけはなぜかUTCに変換された文字列を返します。

解決策

time_with_zone.to_time.to_s(:db)みたいに、to_timeを呼んでTimeクラスに変換すればUTCにはならないです。
