GAE上のnodemailerでホスト名を指定する

GAE上に構築したNode.jsアプリからnodemailerでSMTP認証を利用してメールを送信する際、
https://nodemailer.com/smtp/ に記載のある

name – optional hostname of the client, used for identifying to the server, 
defaults to hostname of the machine

のパラメータを指定しないとうまくホスト名を取得できずメールサーバから拒否られる場合があった。
