はじめに
こっちに書いていたものをちょっと加筆修正してQiitaに転載します。
bundle gem で --coc オプションを付加すると CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md 生成されます。
そもそもこれは何？と思ったので訳してみます。
ちょっと意訳している箇所もあると思いますので、ツッコミ大歓迎です。
原文はBundler1.9.1が出力するCODE_OF_CONDUCT.md を元にしています。

あとがき
翻訳してみて、こういう行動規範が必要な状況にあまり遭遇したことがないので、ピンとこないけど、
このような文章が必要な背景はなんとなく分かります。
Githubでもこの文章を掲げているリポジトリが幾つかあるので、
必要性をあまり感じない人でも、最低限知識として頭に置いておくべきだなと思いました。
