rubyをバージョンアップしてrailsコマンドが使えなくなった時の対処法
railsコマンドを実行して
can't find gem railties (>= 0.a) with executable rails (Gem::GemNotFoundException)
上のエラーが出る時
gem install rails
を実行すると解決する。
