簡潔に言えば、macOS 初期化の手順は、以下の通りです。
- Mac を再起動し、Apple のロゴが表示されるまで「 Command + R 」を押し続ける。
- macOS ユーティリティが表示されたら「 ディスクユーティリティ 」を選択し、Macintosh HD を削除する。
- macOS ユーティリティに戻り「 macOS を再インストール 」を実行する。
