AVCaptureVideoDataOutputをBGRAで受け取る

AVCaptureDeviceとかでカメラの入力を直接受け取るとyuvで来る。
自前でシェーダ噛ませてRGBに変換してもいいけど、楽にやりたいのであればAVCaptureVideoDataOutputにいい感じのオプションがあるので使う。

let output = AVCaptureVideoDataOutput()
output.videoSettings = [kCVPixelBufferPixelFormatTypeKey : kCVPixelFormatType_32BGRA] as [String : Any]
