ベジェ曲線で描く

新規ベクターレイヤーを作成する

「図形」から「ベジェ曲線」を選択し、曲線を描く

「ベジェ曲線」を選択するには

「①操作」から「②オブジェクト」を選択すると、「ベジェ曲線」が選択できる

「ベジェ曲線」にグラデーションを塗る

「①グラデーション」を選択し、グラデーションを作る

「レイヤー」-「レイヤー設定」-「下のレイヤーでクリッピング」すると、「ベジェ曲線」にグラデーションができる

発光させる

「①合成モード」「②加算（発光）」

「レイヤー」-「ラスタライズ」

「フィルター」-「ぼかし」-「ガウスぼかし」

ぼかす範囲を「180」ぐらいに設定
