キャッシュのクリアをお勧めします。

Atomは便利なエディターで愛用していますが、sublimeTextなどと比べるとやはりCPU usageの重さが気になります。
Issueもすでに上がっているようですが、パッチが適用されるのはまだ先になりそうです。
