iamに付いている権限を確認出来るSearching Cloud IAM policiesという機能があるので、これを使う
サービスアカウントの権限知りたい場合は以下のようにするとわかる
gcloud beta asset search-all-iam-policies --scope='projects/123456' --query='policy : "serviceAccount:サービスアカウント"'
