ある月に関して全ての日付の、何週目か、何曜日かという情報をセットしておく必要がありその際に作成したロジック。特定の日付が何週目か、何曜日かという情報だけを撮るには若干オーバースペックだけれど、一応その方向でも使える。
YYYY-MM形式で渡すと、指定された月のすべての日付に関して、何週目か、何曜日（日曜始まりの0スタート）かという情報を返す。
