[SwiftUI] TextEditor ノーコードでDrag&Drop

ノーコードでDrag&Drop

MacApp で ファインダーからドラッグ＆ドロップできるアプリを作っていたら、
TextEditor を使うと、ノーコードでドラッグ＆ドロップできることが分かりました。（今さらなのかも知れませんが）
