VSCodeからコピペした時に化ける時の対応
- VSCodeで下書きしてgithub PRにコピペしたら何故か化ける時があった。
- 文字入力 -> 変換 -> 削除などを繰り返しているとBS（0x08）が残ってしまう時あるようだ。

- Electron 2.0.xで対応済らしい
