sudo su -でrootになったり、ユーザーを切り替えたあとにディレクトリ移動がめんどくさいときってありますよね。そんなときは、下記のように実行すると飛べます。
もちろんcd以外のコマンドも実行したあとにbashを起動できます。
sudo su - hoge-user --session-command -c "cd / && /bin/bash"
