Webフォント(Google Font)で必要な文字だけ読み込んで、少し読み込み速度を上げる

例えば、サイトのタイトルだけにWebフォント(Google Font)を使用している場合など、
パラメータの「?family=<フォント名>」の後に「&text=<使用する文字>」をつけることで、
最小限のフォントだけを読み込むようになります。
