以下のコマンドでOK
$ git branch -r | grep origin/ | grep -v master | grep -v HEAD| cut -d/ -f2 | while read line; do git push origin :$line; done;
- originの部分（２箇所）は自分のリモート名に変えてください。
- masterブランチのみ削除から外すようにしています。
