androidエミュレータからlocalhostに接続するときは下のipアドレスを指定する
10.0.2.2
androidで普通にhttp通信をしようとするとメインスレッドで通信を行おうとする方エラーが起きる
そのためansyncを使って非同期処理をさせる
その際 onPostExecuteメソッドの引数に onInBackGroundの結果（String)が入ってるから
通信後のレスポンスを画面に反映させたいときに利用する
