git branch master_backup ①headのブランチをバックアップ
git reset --hard SHAの値 ②戻したいコミットのSHAをセットし戻す
git push -f origin master:master ③リモートのマスターにプッシュする
master:masterは各リポジトリ名に変更してください。
ex. test:test
