VagrantでNat使わないで直接IPを設定する場合の設定ファイルのサンプルです。
確かこれで動いたはず・・・
追記
環境:MacBookPro Wifi
public_network指定して他のPCからもIPで直接接続できるようにしています。
Gatewayがデフォルトでついちゃうのでそちらは削除し、固定で追加しています。
このあたりは環境に合わせて変更してください。
そのうちローカル環境で簡単にサーバ作る仕組みを考えたいというのがあってこれを調べました。
route を削除するときsudoが必要だったので追加
