add-apt-repositoryで変なものを入れてしまった可能性がある。
その場合は、次のコマンドで治る。
$ cd /etc/apt/sources.list.d
$ sudo rm -rf ${失敗してるrepository}
$ sudo apt -y update
More than 5 years have passed since last update.
apt update で 404 Not Found もしくは Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default. もしくは W: Failed to fetch hogehoge Could not resolve host: hogehoge
