Affinityで作成した作業ファイルは.afの拡張子で保存されますが、これはAffinity以外で開くことはできません(たぶん)。
これを無理やりillustlatorやPixelmatorで開く方法です。

.afファイルをAffinityで開き、PDFでエクスポートする - エクスポートしたファイルの拡張子を
.aiに変更する。 - illustlatorやPixelmatorで開けます
