AWS サポートセンター利用時の履歴が出てこない場合

事象

AWSサポートセンターで過去の履歴を確認するため、Case history で確認しようとしたが、履歴が出てこない。

対応

画面右側 「View cases created in :」の部分を「English」から「 日本語」に変更する。

原因

テストケース作成時のデフォルトが、「日本語」となっているが、履歴ページのデフォルトが「English」となっているため。
