F1を押して、「CSharp to PlantUML」を選択しても「plantuml」が自動生成されない場合、
.NetのRuntimeがインストールされていない可能性がある。
自分の場合はRuntimeのインストールで無事実行できるようになった。
（ない場合でも特にエラーなどは表示されない）
