ArduinoIDE1.8.8をwindowsPCにインストールしてみた
まず、以下のサイトへアクセスする

windows7なのでWindows Installer, for Windows XP and up を選ぶ
寄付を募る画面に遷移するので、お布施する気がないならJUST DOWNLOAD を選ぶ
DLの終了後インストールが始まる
