Gitはデフォルトでファイル名の大文字・小文字の変更は検知しない設定になっているようで、sourcetreeもそれに当てはまります。
どこかで設定できないかと探しましたらありましたのでメモ
一番右の設定をクリック
リモートタブの、Configファイルを編集・・・をクリック
ignorecaseをfalseにする。
