EC2インスタンスの通信状態をpingコマンドで調べる。セキュリティグループでインバウンドルールの設定が必要。

EC2インスタンスの通信状態をpingコマンドで調べたところ、タイムアウトになった。

ブラウザからアクセスすることはできる。

解決方法

セキュリティグループのインバウンドルールで下記の設定をして、pingコマンドによる通信を許可する。

  • タイプ 全てのICPM-IPv4
  • リソースタイプAnywhere-IPv4
  • ソース 0.0.0.0/0

pingコマンドで通信できた。
