Unity2022だと、Post-Processを使うのにパッケージをインストールしたり、Android/iOSのHDPを使う設定変更などが必要だったのですが、Unity6は以下だけになったようです。

あとは、2022の時と同様、MaterialのEmissionを変えてあげればOKなようです。
