Block is a group of code that which grouped together. EC-CUBE has a Block Management function, and it is possible to change the design by change or move blocks.
In addition, it’s possible to create new blocks and arrange the order of blocks by using Layout Management.
##Create a new Block Management:
Login to Administration screen then choose
Content Management (コンテンツ管理) ->Block Management (ブロック管理)
On Block Management screen press the button “Create New” (新規作成)
Enter the name of the Block(ブロック名), file name (ファイル名), and your code (コード) on each field where ever required
Press “Register” (登録) button to create Block.
Then you can choose where to set the Block in Layout Management (レイアウト管理)
In Layout Management, you only can delete new Blocks, the default Blocks can’t be deleted.
