SSMS から Azure SQL Server へ接続する方法

SSMSを起動する。
Azure Portal から接続したいサーバー名を入力する。（大抵~.net）
SQL Server認証を選択してサーバーにログインするためのidを入力する。（Azureアカウントではない）
パスワードも入力したら接続を押下

サーバー側で接続許可をしている前提です
