PowerPoint 代替テキストの自動生成フリーズ → アプリケーションメモリが不足しています。

環境

  • OS: macOS Sonoma

現象

PowerPointアプリにて代替テキストの自動生成したところ、アプリケーションがフリーズして「アプリケーションメモリが不足しています。」システムダイアログが出てきた。87"GB"というとんでもない量のメモリを使おうとしている。

解決策

3分ほど待っても Activity Monitor で処理が走っている様子がなかったのでPowerPointを強制終了したところ治った。自動保存したところまでは復元できる。

慌てずしばらく放置して、自動保存が効くのを待った方が良さそう。

再度代替テキストを生成しても同様の現象発生した。
