Spacemacsでスクロールバーの表示をOFFにする

Spacemacsでスクロールをしたときに一定時間だけスクロールバーが表示される。
スクロールバーが非表示になる際に画面がチラつくのでこの挙動をOFFにする

方法

下記の dotspacemacs-scroll-bar-while-scrolling オプションに nil を設定する

   ;; Show the scroll bar while scrolling. The auto hide time can be configured
   ;; by setting this variable to a number. (default t)
   dotspacemacs-scroll-bar-while-scrolling nil

SPC f e R による設定ファイル再読み込みでは挙動が切り替わらず、spacemacsを再起動することで設定が有効化された。
