突然 Warning が出て GitHub につながらなくなった

GitHub 自身だった。
3月24日5時UTC頃（14時JST）、セキュリティのために変更したとのこと。
解決方法
上記ページに書いてある通り。
$ ssh-keygen -R github.com
$ curl -L https://api.github.com/meta | jq -r '.ssh_keys | .[]' | sed -e 's/^/github.com /' >> ~/.ssh/known_hosts
ビビる。
