windows10でMAMPをダウンロードして、startしようとしてもエラーで起動できなかった
環境
・windows10
MAMPのインストール先：C:\MAMP
エラー状況
MAMPのスタートボタンで起動しようとすると、apache serverボタンが一瞬点いて消える→MySQLボタンだけ点灯する
apache_error.logを見てみると、
apache_error_log
[warn] Init: Session Cache is not configured [hint: SSLSessionCache]
[warn] pid file C:/MAMP/bin/apache/logs/httpd.pid overwritten -- Unclean shutdown of previous Apache run?
と表示

回答通り、httpd.conf内のphp versionを
7.3.7 から 7.2.14 に変更
MAMP起動した！
理屈はほぼわかっていない
