AVSpeechSynthesizerを使ってSwiftでSiriを喋らせてみました。
ただ喋らせるだけのところまでではObjective-Cと書き方の違いはありませんでした。
今までSiriに触ったことのない方はSwiftを機会にやってみてはいかがでしょうか。面白いです。

なお、動作検証の結果シミュレーターではSiriが動かないようなので実機で実行してみてください。
